The North Pole Temp Agency is a holiday-focused division of Odd-o-T’s Entertainment, providing professional Santa performers, holiday characters, seasonal support talent, and operationally supported staffing solutions for retail, attractions, events, and guest-facing holiday experiences.

With a foundation in live entertainment and production, we support clients with talent and coordination designed to deliver consistent, high-quality holiday programs. Our experience includes work with major venues such as Universal, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, ZooTampa, Indianapolis Zoo, and Gaylord Palms.

The Story

The North Pole Temp Agency is a division of Odd-o-Ts’ Entertainment, which began like the best holiday stories do—with a little magic, a lot of heart, and two performers who believed in creating wonder wherever they landed. A circus ringmaster and an acrobatic dancer stepped out of the big top and into Central Florida, carrying with them a passion for delighting audiences and turning ordinary moments into something extraordinary.

What followed was the growth of a company dedicated to bringing joy to life through performance. From playful street interactions to fully realized stage productions, Odd-o-Ts’ has become a multi-division creative force, producing immersive entertainment for theme parks, resorts, and events around the world—including beloved holiday experiences for destinations like SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Disney Resorts, as well as international stages like SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.

At its heart, the North Pole Temp Agency is about connection—creating experiences that feel warm, welcoming, and filled with wonder. Blending theatrical storytelling, physical performance, and interactive design, their work captures the spirit of the season year-round: a sense of joy, surprise, and shared magic.

Leadership Team

Todd Zimmerman is the CEO and Co-Owner of Odd-o-Ts’ Entertainment, a nationally recognized entertainment company he co-founded in 2004. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a roster of over 1,000 performers, producing more than 300 events annually across the United States and Canada.
Todd’s background as a lifelong performer and producer includes seven years with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, featured appearances on national television, and directing work on the opening creative team for SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. He has also performed as Santa himself at major venues and has trained North Pole talent in various venues including SeaWorld Orlando, ZooTampa, and Indianapolis Zoo.
Known as “The Big Guy,” Todd is widely respected for his ability to build lasting relationships and deliver solutions for complex, large-scale events. His work has helped secure partnerships with leading organizations including United Parks & Resorts (SeaWorld and Busch Gardens), Universal Studios, Cedar Point, Silver Dollar City, ZooTampa, Indianapolis Zoo, and AdventHealth.
He also led the expansion into full-scale production through Glickerman Productions, including signature holiday experiences such as The Mall at Millenia’s Santa Arrival.

Savino “Savvy” Bellini is the Director of the North Pole Temp Agency, bringing more than four decades of experience in holiday entertainment, live performance, guest experience, and large-scale entertainment operations.

A veteran professional Santa and accomplished entertainment leader, Savino has built a career that spans the United States and international markets, with experience working across world-class destinations including Walt Disney World, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Tokyo DisneySea, Universal Studios Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Universal Orlando, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, as well as major leadership roles in Macau at The Venetian Macao and the DreamWorks Experience at Sands Cotai Central.

His background combines deep Christmas performance expertise with high-level experience leading teams, maintaining brand standards, training talent, and delivering polished guest experiences in complex, high-volume environments. Known for blending heart, showmanship, operational discipline, and global perspective, Savino brings a rare combination of holiday authenticity and proven entertainment leadership to every project he leads.

Timea Zimmerman is the COO and Co-Owner of Odd-o-Ts’ Entertainment, where she has been instrumental in shaping both the creative vision and operational strength of the company since its founding in 2004.
Originally from Hungary, Timea trained at the National Hungarian Circus School and performed internationally in circuses and theme parks before transitioning into production and design. Today, she leads creative development and operations across Odd-o-Ts’, overseeing an extensive inventory of costumes, characters, and event assets that support hundreds of activations each year.
Known as “The Lady,” Timea has built and refined an operations team capable of executing over 300 events annually with precision, consistency, and strong internal culture. She has also played a key role in developing and maintaining high standards for specialty talent, including Santa performers who undergo background checks, drug testing, and formal training.
With years of experience producing holiday and Santa-driven experiences for major attractions such as ZooTampa, Indianapolis Zoo, SeaWorld Orlando, and premier resorts, Timea ensures every production balances operational excellence with authentic, memorable guest experiences.

Cynthia Carney as the North Pole Supervisor is an accomplished entertainment professional and Stage Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering high-caliber productions across theater, live events, and immersive entertainment. Her background includes work in various locations such as Chicago, Pennsylvania, and Orlando from where she built a solid foundation in stage management, team leadership, and production coordination. She has been able to use her skills to support large-scale entertainment operations within Walt Disney World, The Disney Cruise Line, and Sea World Orlando. Her work in these environments highlights her ability to oversee expansive operations while keeping creative integrity and seamless guest experiences. Cynthia is known for her leadership, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail. She works to unify creative vision with operational execution to create a one on a kind experience.
